Refund policy
In accordance with Article L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 business days from the delivery date of your order to return any item that does not suit you, in its original packaging and in good condition, suitable for resale, and to request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: No return will be accepted if the returned product is not suitable for resale. Therefore:
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging, unopened, unsealed, undamaged, unmarked, etc.
- The product must be returned with all its accessories. Otherwise, the product will be sent back to you at your own expense.
The product must be returned at your own expense, in its original packaging, together with a copy of the original invoice. If the error is due to Voice Caddie Europe, return shipping costs will be covered by Voice Caddie Europe. Refunds (excluding delivery costs) will be issued within 15 days by cheque or bank transfer to the buyer.
